The mixed center construction area (JC8) is a functional area in the territory of the historical center of Riga and its protection zone, where a wide spectrum of mixed use is planned and where the requirements for the use and construction of the territory are determined in the planning documents developed for the territory of the historical center of Riga and its protection zone.

A multi-apartment residential technical project with a total area of 8900 m2 has been developed on the land plot, the building permit for which has expired on December 31, 2022, which can be renewed or a new construction plan can be expressed, based on the above-mentioned types of construction of the territory.
